Abstract:
The present application provides a photographing module, an electronic device, and an electronic system. The photographing module comprises an image sensor and a circuit board; a first connection structure of the image sensor is soldered and fixed to a second connection structure of the circuit board by means of a solder; a support member is provided between the image sensor and the circuit board; the melting point of the support member is higher than the melting point of the solder. The support member can ensure precision of positioning for the image sensor and the circuit board, thereby improving the precision of positioning for a photosensitive surface of the image sensor and improving the resolving power of the photographing module.
