Abstract:

A photonic crystal all-optical AND transformation logic gate consisting of a photonic crystal structural unit (01), an optical switch unit (02), a wave-absorbing load (03), a NOT logic gate (04), and a D trigger unit (05). Two system signal input terminals (21 and 22) of the optical switch unit (02) are connected to logic signal X1 and logic signal X2. Two intermediate signal output terminals (23 and 24) of the optical switch unit (02) are connected respectively to an intermediate signal input terminal (12) of the photonic crystal structural unit (01) and to the wave-absorbing load (03). Clock control signal CP is connected to an input terminal of one cross-junction waveguide, which has three output terminals connected to a clock signal CP input terminal of the optical switch unit (02), a clock signal input terminal (11) of the photonic crystal structural unit (01), and an input terminal of the NOT logic gate (04). An output terminal of the NOT logic gate (04) is connected to a clock signal input terminal (51) of the D trigger unit (05). A signal output terminal (14) of the photonic crystal structural unit (01) is connected to a D signal input terminal (52) of the D trigger unit (05).
