Abstract:
A photoplethysmography signal feature point detecting method and device, relating to the technical field of biomedical signal processing. The method and the device relate to: preprocessing an original photoplethysmography signal to obtain a first photoplethysmography signal and a second photoplethysmography signal (S301); calculating a fundamental frequency value of the original photoplethysmography signal according to the first photoplethysmography signal (S302); then performing segment amplitude normalization processing on the second photoplethysmography signal by using the fundamental frequency value, to obtain a normalization signal (S303); and accordingly, determining a feature point of the original photoplethysmography signal according to the normalization signal (S304). Segment amplitude normalization processing is performed on the second photoplethysmography signal by means of the fundamental frequency value, so as to consolidate and highlight the position of the original photoplethysmography signal in the normalization signal, thereby improving the accuracy of wave trough and wave peak feature detection for an original photoplethysmography F-wave signal.
