Provided are: a photosensitive body cartridge that can clean a charging wire while suppressing changes to the relative positioning of a charger and a photosensitive body; a process cartridge; and an image formation device provided with same. A drum cartridge (18) is provided with a photosensitive drum (20) and a scorotron-type charger (22), and a paper discharge opening (49) neighbors a charger support (90) that supports the scorotron-type charger (22). A cleaner holding unit (118) that holds a cleaning member (117) for cleaning the charging wire (23) of the scorotron-type charger (22) when moving the cleaning member (117) protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the direction along the line (R) passing through the charging wire (23) and the axial center of the photosensitive drum (20) in a projection in the left-right direction.
