Abstract:
Provided is a photosensitive colored composition which can be used to form a pattern having high light-shielding properties and superior solvent resistance and mechanical characteristics, and is particularly preferably used to form a colored spacer. The photosensitive colored composition according to the present invention contains (a) a coloring agent, (b) an alkali-soluble resin, (c) a photopolymerization initiator, (d) an ethylenically unsaturated compound, (e) a solvent, and (f) a dispersing agent, wherein the contained proportion of the coloring agent (a) to the total solid content of the photosensitive colored composition is 20 mass% or more, and the alkali-soluble resin (b) contains an alkali-soluble resin (b-1) of which a partial structure is represented by formula (I).
