Abstract:
Disclosed is a photosensitive composition which is capable of providing a resist film that does not easily suffer from discoloration such as yellowing even when the resist film is exposed to a high temperature around 200˚C or more, such as the temperature during solder reflowing. Specifically disclosed is a photosensitive composition which contains either a polymerizable hydrocarbon monomer (A) and/or a polymerizable hydrocarbon polymer (B) and an inorganic filler (C). The inorganic filler (C) is characterized in that when a solution obtained by adding 5 g of the inorganic filler (C) into 100 mL of purified water is kept boiling for 5 minutes and then left at rest until the temperature thereof falls to 23˚C so that a boiled solution is obtained, and then water in an amount equal to the amount of water vaporized by the boiling is added to the thus-obtained boiled solution so that the resulting solution is in an amount of 100 mL, the resulting solution has a pH of 6.8-11 (inclusive).
