Abstract:
The present invention provides a photosensitive composition and an application thereof, the photosensitive composition including structural units derived from a vinyl benzene derivative, structural units having a radical polymerizable group, and structural units having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of primary hydroxy groups and amino groups, and the photosensitive composition also containing a radical polymerization initiator and a polymer (P) in which the contained amount of the structural units derived from a vinyl benzene derivative is at least 30 mol%.
