Abstract:
The problem to be resolved by the present invention is providing a photosensitive composition for volume hologram manufacturing used in manufacturing of a volume hologram having excellent diffraction efficiency and durability. The problem is resolved with a photosensitive composition for volume hologram manufacturing that contains at least: (a) a resin in which polarity changes from hydrophobic to hydrophilic, or from hydrophilic to hydrophobic, due to the presence of heat, an acid, and/or a base; (b) a material for generating heat, an acid, and/or a base using light; and (c) a compound that has the same polarity, between hydrophobic and hydrophilic, as (a) before the polarity of (a) changes, and has a refractive index within the range of 1.55-2.70.
