Abstract:
Provided is a photosensitive resin composition for forming black column spacers, comprising: a resin (A) selected from the group consisting of a resin obtained by further adding a polybasic acid anhydride to a resin obtained by adding an unsaturated monobasic acid or an unsaturated dibasic acid monoester to a novolak epoxy resin, and a resin obtained by further adding a polybasic acid anhydride to a resin obtained by adding a dibasic acid and an unsaturated monobasic acid or an unsaturated dibasic monoester to a bisphenol-type epoxy resin; a solvent (B); a photopolymerization initiator (C); and a coloring agent (D).
