Abstract:
A photothermal coating with a high temperature and thermal shock resistance, a wide spectrum and a high absorption, and a preparation method therefor. The photo-thermal coating is a reticulated porous doped lanthanum chromate ceramic photo-thermal coating and presents a uniform network porous structure, the pores thereof are micron-order macropores, the thickness of the coating layer is 10-35 μm, and a transition layer containing chromium, aluminum and oxygen elements is located between the coating layer and an aluminum oxide substrate and has a thickness of 5-15 μm; and the average absorption rate of the photo-thermal coating layer in a waveband range of 0.3-14 μm is 92-94%. The preparation method comprises: (1) synthesizing a ceramic powder with a broad spectrum and a high absorption by using a solid-phase method; (2) pre-treating an aluminum oxide ceramic substrate; (3) preparing a ceramic powder slurry; (4) coating the front and back surfaces of the aluminum oxide substrate with the ceramic slurry; and (5) carrying out high-temperature sintering in an air atmosphere furnace to prepare the porous ceramic coating layer. The coating layer is resistant to high temperatures and thermal shock, and can be widely applied to components in the photo-thermal conversion field such as laser energy meters, laser power meters, infrared sensors and thermal radiation detectors.
