Abstract:
Disclosed are a photovoltaic assembly bus-bar insulating tape, a bus-bar containing same, and a photovoltaic assembly. The tape includes an insulating substrate layer and an adhesive layer formed on a surface of one side of the insulating substrate layer, wherein the insulating substrate layer is a polyimide layer which contains 2%-10% of carbon black and has a light transmittance of less than 2% within a range of 280-1100 nm, and the adhesive layer has a raw material formula comprising the following components by mass percentage contents: 20%-60% of an epoxy resin; 5%-50% of a thermoplastic resin and/or synthetic rubber; 0.1%-10% of a curing agent; and 10%-70% of a flame retardant. The insulating substrate layer of the insulating tape of the present invention has an outstanding ultraviolet barrier property, and the adhesive layer not only has excellent adherence with the insulating substrate layer, but also has excellent adhesiveness with a metal. The insulating tape of the present invention has resistance to ageing in surroundings including those where same is subjected to ultraviolet rays, heat shock, hot and cold impact, and damp and heat. The tape can be hot-pressed onto a metal plate or a metal bus-bar, and can also be used for the insulation of photovoltaic assembly bus-bars.
