Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a photovoltaic module and a bar code marking mechanism, the photovoltaic module comprising a glass cover sheet, a bar code layer, a photovoltaic cell layer and a back sheet, the photovoltaic cell layer being arranged between the glass cover sheet and the back sheet, the bar code layer being attached to the surface of the glass cover sheet facing the back sheet, the bar code layer comprising a plurality of target material particles connected to each other, and the target material particles being obtained by enabling a laser beam to bombard a target material. The bar code layer formed by stacking the plurality of target material particles is formed on the surface of the glass cover sheet of the photovoltaic module, and the target material particles are obtained after the target material is bombarded by the laser beam. Thus, pollution due to manual operation to the bar code layer can be avoided, in addition, due to that the particle size of the target material particles obtained by means of the laser beam bombardment is very small, a compact bar code layer can be formed so that the problem of aging and colour changing of the bar code layer is effectively relieved.
