Abstract:
The present invention relates to a photovoltaic module with a cooling device and a manufacturing method of the cooling device, and more particularly, to a photovoltaic module with a cooling device which lowers the temperature of the photovoltaic module so as to improve performance and extend lifespan in addition to an increase of output efficiency, and a method for manufacturing the cooling device. The photovoltaic module with a cooling device according to the present invention comprises: a photovoltaic module formed of a plurality of solar cells connected to each other in series and in parallel; a cooling chamber including an upper plate of a predetermined height with a flange at the rim thereof for surface-contacting the rear surface of the photovoltaic module, a lower plate formed with a plate-shaped flange at the rim part thereof, which is joined with the flange of the upper plate so that an inner space is formed between the lower plate and the upper plate, and a working fluid injected into the inner space for carrying out a cooling operation through boiling and condensing; and a heat sink surface-contacting the lower plate of the cooling chamber for emitting heat to the outside.
