Abstract:
Disclosed by the present application are a physical channel resource scheduling method, apparatus, and base station, used for a narrowband Internet of Things, said method comprising: a base station obtaining coverage levels of a number M of user equipments, M being a positive integer; according to the coverage levels of the M user equipments, said base station determining an initial resource scheduling offset time and a scheduling range of each user equipment; according to said initial resource scheduling offset time and scheduling range of each user equipment, the base station determining a scheduling interval corresponding to each user equipment; within the scheduling interval corresponding to each user equipment, the base station scheduling a narrowband physical downlink control channel NPDCCH for the user equipment.
