Abstract:
The physical exercise appliance comprises a vibrating and/or oscillating plate (12) on which the user positions himself, vibration and/or oscillation means suitable for vibrating or oscillating the plate, a computer (30) having a touch screen (32) and a keypad (34) which are suitable for entering the operating programs of the appliance, and a control unit suitable for transforming the parameters defined by a program stored in the computer into signals for controlling the vibration and/or oscillation means. The vibration and/or oscillation means consist of at least three electromagnetic rams which are fixed to the base of the appliance and are suitable for lifting the plate, each of the rams being controlled independently of the others by electrical signals received from the control unit so as to oscillate and/or vibrate the plate.
