Abstract:
This physical quantity detection device is provided with: a housing; a circuit board coated with an insulating resin material; a cover that, together with the housing, forms a circuit chamber in which the circuit board is disposed and a flow path that a gas to be measured passes through; a conductor disposed in the flow path; and a conductive member that passes through the resin material and electrically connects the conductor and circuit board.
