Title:
PHYSICAL QUANTITY DETECTION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/064886
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a physical quantity detection device wherein thermal effects to sensors due to miniaturization can be suppressed. A physical quantity detection device 20 according to the present invention has a measuring unit 213 that protrudes toward the path center of a main path 22 from an inner wall of the main path. The physical quantity detection device is provided with: a flow rate sensor 205 that detects the flow rate of a gas 2 to be measured; an intake air temperature sensor 203 that detects temperature; and a pressure sensor 204 that detects pressure and/or a humidity sensor 206 that detects humidity. Respective kinds of sensors are disposed in the protruding direction of the measuring unit 213.
