Abstract:
This invention achieves a physical quantity detection device capable of enhancing rigidity and airtightness. This physical quantity detection device (20) comprises a housing (100), a cover (200), a chip package (310), and a flow rate sensor (311) that is supported by the chip package and is disposed in a secondary passage. The housing is characterized by comprising a first adhesive groove 160A that is an adhesive groove to which an adhesive for adhering a cover is applied, extends along the proximal end of the housing, extends along the projection direction of the housing from the proximal end of the housing to a position further to the distal end of the housing than the chip package, and has a first adhesive 401 applied thereto, and a second adhesive groove 160B that extends along the secondary passage 134 and has a second adhesive 402 applied thereto, and by the first adhesive having a high Young's modulus and the second adhesive having high thixotropy.
