Abstract:
Provided is a physical quantity detection device that is capable of improved precision, over the prior art, in physical quantity measurement. A physical quantity detection device 20 comprises: a detector element comprising a flow rate detecting part 205; a circuit board 207; a housing 201; and a cover 202. The detector element detects a physical quantity. The detector element is mounted on the circuit board 207. The housing 201 houses the circuit board 207. The cover 202 is anchored to the housing 201, and defines a secondary passage 234 in which the flow rate detecting part 205 is disposed. The housing 201 and the cover 202 have positioning parts P. The positioning parts P respectively comprise pins P1 that extend in the through-thickness direction Dt of the circuit board 207, and mating parts P2 that mate with distal ends P11 of the pins P1 so as to position the housing 201 and the cover 202. The pins P1 respectively comprise locking parts P12 that oppose locking faces 207f, of the circuit board 207, along the through-thickness direction Dt, and restrict movement in a planar direction Df along the front and rear faces of the circuit board 207.
