Abstract:
This physical quantity distribution measurement device calculates, on the basis of detection results by multiple sensors, a physical quantity in one or more positions on each of multiple constituent elements configuring an object, and, for each of the multiple constituent elements, interpolates between calculated physical quantities with an interpolation method determined in accordance with the attributes of said constituent elements and estimates the spatial distribution of the physical quantity. The attributes of the constituent elements include at least one of physical properties, shape, and arrangement. By selecting an interpolation method for each constituent element of the object depending on the attributes of the constituent element, it becomes possible to obtain high-resolution physical quantity distribution information for a necessary area.
