Abstract:
This airflow meter (14) comprises a housing (21) and a flow rate detection unit (22), and the sensor (SA50) comprising the flow rate detection unit is housed in the internal space (24a) of the housing. The housing comprises a housing main body (24) forming an internal space, and a ring retaining part (25) for retaining an O-ring. The housing main body comprises a housing wall section (121) and a sealing wall section (122), and the housing wall section is provided in a position away from the ring retaining part towards the housing base. By contacting the sensor, the housing wall section maintains the position of the sensor in the width direction (X), the height direction (Y) and the depth direction (Z). In this way, it is possible to keep the detection accuracy of the physical quantity detection unit from varying with each product.
