Abstract:
In a housing (21), a measurement flow channel (32) includes a sensor channel (405), an upstream curved channel (406), and a downstream curved channel (407). A flow rate sensor (22) is provided in the sensor channel (405). The upstream curved channel (406) extends from the sensor channel (405) toward a measurement inlet (35), and the downstream curved channel (407) extends from the sensor channel (405) toward a measurement outlet (36). An arrangement line (CL31) is assumed as a virtual line passing through the flow rate sensor (22) and extending in a direction in which the upstream curved channel (406) and the downstream curved channel (407) are arranged. In an arrangement cross section (CS41) along the arrangement line (CL31) in an air flowmeter (20), a mold upstream surface (55c) of a sensor support portion (51) is disposed closer to the upstream side than both a front constriction portion (111) and a rear constriction portion (112). As a result of this, a physical quantity measurement device with which the accuracy of measuring a physical quantity can be enhanced, is provided.
