Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a physical quantity measurement device that can stably measure gas flow rate or gas component concentration even in a highly humid environment in which the fluid to be measured contains water droplets. The physical quantity measurement device (22) comprises a flow path main body (11), a flow rate measurement unit, an upstream opening part (17) , a downstream opening part (18), and an auxiliary flow path (13). The flow path main body (11) has a main flow path (9). The flow rate measurement unit is provided in the main flow path (9). The upstream opening part (17) is provided at the upstream side of the main flow path (9). The downstream opening part(18) is provided at the downstream side of the main flow path (9). The auxiliary flow path (13) is provided on the outer side of the main flow path (9) and connects the upstream opening part (17) to the downstream opening part (18). The auxiliary flow path (13) has a constricting part (27) that constricts the flow path cross section in the flow path.
