Abstract:
According to the present invention, in a housing (21), a measurement channel (32) has a sensor channel 405, an upstream curve channel (406), and a downstream curve channel (407). A flow rate sensor (22) is provided in the sensor channel (405). The upstream curve channel (406) extends from the sensor channel (405) toward a measurement inlet (35), and the downstream curve channel (407) extends from the sensor channel (405) toward a measurement outlet (36). The inner surface of the housing (21) has: an upstream outer-curve surface (411) which forms the curve of the upstream curve channel (406) from the outside; and a downstream outer-curve surface (421) which forms the curve of the downstream curve channel (406) from the outside. In the measurement channel (32), when an alignment line (CL31) is assumed as an imaginary straight line which passes through the flow rate sensor (22) and extends in a depth direction (Z), the flow rate sensor (22) is provided at a location that is closer to the upstream outer-curve surface than to the downstream outer-curve surface (421), on the alignment line (CL31). Accordingly, the present invention provides a physical quantity measuring apparatus capable of improving precision in the measuring of a physical quantity.
