Abstract:
A physical quantity measuring device. It uses a vibrator (1), a self-oscillating circuit (12A) for exciting drive oscillation of the vibrator (1), and a detecting circuit for outputting an output signal from the vibrator (1) to measure a physical quantity according to the output signal. The self-oscillating circuit (12A) has a current/voltage converter (3) and a low-pass filter (25). The detecting circuit has a charge-amplifying circuit for amplifying the output signal from the vibrator. At least the current/voltage converter and the charge-amplifying circuit are fabricated into a monolithic IC.
