Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a physical training device, which comprises a damping base. Two sleeves are symmetrically arranged on the damping base; movable rods are slidably inserted into the two sleeves; a bearing rod is rotatably mounted between the upper ends of the two movable rods by means of bearings, and a limiting rod is fixedly arranged between the upper ends of the two movable rods; two movable bases are symmetrically arranged between the bearing rod and the limiting rod; lifting ropes are fixedly connected to the two movable bases; rings are fixedly connected to the ends of the lifting ropes distant from the movable bases; a raised stage used for elevating a user to tightly hold the two rings is further provided on the damping base; two recesses are formed on the damping base; a plurality of wheels are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the raised stage; each wheel is engaged in the recess close to the wheel. The device is reasonable in structural layout, easy to operate and convenient to use; a user can flexibly adjust the height of the device and the distance between the two rings according to the actual height and the arm length of the user so as to satisfy the training requirements of the user, the applicability is better, and therefore, the training effect is improved to the maximum extent.
