Abstract:
A picking system that retrieves only the ordered number of an ordered product that is stipulated by order information obtained in advance, from a storage area where products are stocked by type, and packs the retrieved ordered products into a transport container, the picking system being equipped with a transport means for transporting the transport container, a plurality of robots for retrieving the ordered products from the storage area and putting the retrieved ordered products into the transport container, and a notification unit for obtaining the remaining amount of each product that is stocked in the storage area after a prescribed interval of time.
