Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for pickling rust generation areas and welding zones, which are formed according to the provision of a pipe, a structure, a plant, and the like made from stainless steel, and for forming a passivation layer, and is a neutral preparation for passivating the surface of stainless steel metal and has a redox potential of 170-310 mV by neutralizing a basic solution to a pH of 6.9-7.1 so as to obtain a neutral preparation, and then aerating the neutral preparation with the air, from which carbon dioxide has been removed, so as to increase dissolved oxygen.
