Abstract:
A pickup request system (10) comprising: a determination unit (54) that determines the presence/absence of a package in a home-delivery box (20) installed on the premises of a building (80), and whether a user is in a first prescribed area including at least part of the building (80); and a control unit (55) that requests a package pickup if it is determined that the user has moved from inside of the first prescribed area to outside of the first prescribed area when there is a package in the home-delivery box (20).
