Abstract:

Disclosed are a picture processing method and an electronic device. The method comprises: when a picture is collected, adding a focus coordinate corresponding to the picture into exchangeable image file (EXIF) information corresponding to the picture, so as to obtain extended EXIF information; according to the extended EXIF information, determining a main body region of the picture; calculating the average acutance value corresponding to the main body region, and detecting the number of noise points in the main body region; and conducting calculation using the average acutance value and the number of noise points, so as to obtain a quality parameter corresponding to the picture, and storing or displaying the picture according to the quality parameter.
