Abstract:
A pier stud prefabricated pouring system, and an offsite pouring method thereof. The system comprises a bottom mold assembly (10); four side mold assembles and four washing assemblies are alternately distributed on the periphery of the bottom mold assembly (10); the side mold assembles comprise a first side mold assembly (20) and three second side mold assemblies (30); and the washing assemblies comprise a first washing assembly (40) and three second washing assemblies (50). In a prefabrication site, the pier stud prefabricated pouring system is used to fabricate a pouring body (60); and the pouring body (60) is conveyed to a road and bridge engineering construction site by means of a conveying system. By replacing on-site pouring with factory standardized pouring, the limitation of pouring is small and pouring is not affected by factors, such as weather. The opening and closing of each template are achieved by means of mechanical driving, and thus, the pouring efficiency is high, the pouring precision is high, potential safety hazards are small, avoidance is achieved in a pouring process without manual command, and the opening and closing actions of each template are smooth and reliable; moreover, the position of a bottom template can be adjusted, thereby being capable of further improving the pouring precision and the versatility of pouring.
