Abstract:
A piezoelectric actuator (1) comprises: piezoelectric elements (10) that are stacked in a column; and an electrode plate (20) that is positioned on a side surface (10a, 10c) of the piezoelectric elements (10) and is electrically connected to an internal electrode layer (12) of the piezoelectric elements (10). The electrode plate (20) includes: a body part (21) that extends in the stacked direction (D) of the piezoelectric elements (10); and a lead part (22) that extends in a direction intersecting the stacked direction (D) and is electrically connected to a lead terminal (30). The lead part (22) has, at least in one side section (22c) thereof, recesses (R) which are recessed in the width direction of the lead part (22).
