Abstract:
This piezoelectric actuator (1) comprises piezoelectric elements (10) that are stacked in a column, and electrode plates (20) that are positioned on sides (10a, 10c) of the piezoelectric elements (10) and are electrically connected to an internal electrode layer (12) of the piezoelectric elements (10). The electrode plates (20) each have a main section (21) that extends in the stacking direction (D) of the piezoelectric elements (10), a lead section (22) that extends in a direction orthogonal to the stacking direction (D) and is electrically connected to a lead terminal (30), and a connecting section (23) that connects the main section (21) and the lead section (22). The main section (21) has a plurality of slits (S), and the connecting section (23) has through-holes (H).
