Abstract:
This piezoelectric body has a first part, a second part and a third part. In a plan view, at least a portion of the second part is located on one side of a first direction relative to the first part. At least a portion of the third part is located between the first part and the second part in the first direction. The second part is thicker at least on a first side of the thickness direction relative to the first part. An excitation electrode is located on the first part. A lead electrode is led from the excitation electrode. A connection electrode is connected to the lead electrode and located on the second part. In a cross-section along the first direction and along the thickness direction, the first surface of the third part which faces the first side has a peak at a position that is remote from the first part and from the second part.
