Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a piezoelectric film that has good durability, is capable of outputting a sound with high sound pressure, and can also lower resistance in an electrode layer to suppress heat generation. The problem is solved by having: a piezoelectric body layer that includes piezoelectric body particles in a matrix comprising a polymer material; electrode layers respectively provided on both surfaces of the piezoelectric body layer; and an intermediate layer provided at least one of the spaces between the piezoelectric layer and electrode layers, wherein the intermediate layer includes carbon or further includes a metal, and also has a metal atom concentration of 30-90 atm% or a carbon atom concentration of 85-95 atm%.
