Abstract:
The present invention reduces the thicknesses of a piezoelectric linear actuator, a piezoelectrically driven valve, and a flow rate control device. A piezoelectric linear actuator is provided with: a laminated piezoelectric actuator (2); a lower support member (3) that supports the laminated piezoelectric actuator (2) and that extends leftward and rightward; a pressing member (4) that presses the laminated piezoelectric actuator (2) from the top section thereof and that extends leftward and rightward; a guide member (5) that is connected to the lower support member (3) and that guides the pressing member (4) leftward and rightward; and a displacement transmission member (6) that transmits displacement of the laminated piezoelectric actuator (2) resulting from the piezoelectric effect. The displacement transmission member (6) is provided with: a pair of displacement transmission plates (6a, 6b) that are capable of moving vertically to intersect the lower support member (3) and the pressing member (4) and that are connected at each of the bottom of the lower support member (3) and the top of the pressing member (4); an adjustment screw (6g) that is connected with the pair of displacement transmission plates (6a, 6b) and that is capable of adjusting the height positions of the displacement transmission plates relative to the pressing member (4); an output section (6d) that is connected with the displacement transmission plates (6a, 6b); and a flexible body (9) that biases the output section downward.
