Abstract:
The present invention relates to a piezoelectric linear step motor which comprises a cylindrical body (1) and a mobile part (4) as well as fixation units mounted between them. The fixation units comprise at least two piezoelectric units (2, 3), wherein each of said piezoelectric units (2, 3) comprises shifting (5) and fixation (6) piezo-elements, isolators (7) as well as a friction member (8). The piezoelectric units (2, 3) are mounted behind each other within the body (1) and on a longitudinal plane.
