Provided in the present application are a piezoelectric loudspeaker and an electronic device. The piezoelectric loudspeaker comprises a first fixing member, a second fixing member, a vibration diaphragm and a vibration source. The second fixing member is fixedly connected to the first fixing member; and the first fixing member comprises a first protrusion, and the second fixing member comprises a second protrusion, wherein the second protrusion is arranged opposite the first protrusion. The vibration diaphragm comprises a middle portion and an edge portion, wherein the middle portion is located at an inner side of the edge portion, and the edge portion comprises a clamped portion and a non-clamped portion, the clamped portion being clamped between the first protrusion and the second protrusion, and the non-clamped portion being located on the side of the clamped portion facing away from the middle portion. The first protrusion and the second protrusion jointly form a simply-supported support structure to support the vibration diaphragm, and the vibration source is fixed to the vibration diaphragm. The piezoelectric loudspeaker of the present application consumes a small quantity of energy and has a good sound quality.
