Disclosed is a piezoelectric loudspeaker. The piezoelectric loudspeaker comprises: a conductive terminal, a framework, a vibrating diaphragm fixed by the framework and a piezoelectric sheet fixed to the vibrating diaphragm. Moreover, the piezoelectric loudspeaker also comprises a hearing aid voice coil, which is a plane voice coil. The plane voice coil is etched and arranged on the surface of the piezoelectric sheet. The piezoelectric sheet and the hearing aid voice coil are electronically connected to the conductive terminal, respectively. In the piezoelectric loudspeaker of the present invention, the hearing aid voice coil is etched on the piezoelectric sheet, and thus does not occupy the interior space of the piezoelectric loudspeaker and does not increase the thickness of the piezoelectric loudspeaker, thereby contributing to the thinning design of a product, and reducing the production difficulty when assembling the piezoelectric loudspeaker and simplifying the production process; and the hearing aid voice coil will not have influence on the performance of the piezoelectric loudspeaker, thereby helping to improve the product performance. The piezoelectric loudspeaker of the present invention has the advantages of a good thinning design, a simple process and good performance.
