Abstract:
A vibrating plate (10) is configured by attaching a piezoelectric element (12) to the diaphragm (11) of the vibrating plate, with an intermediate plate (13) between the diaphragm and the piezoelectric element. At the center of a blower chamber plate (40), a circular opening (40S) is formed. The size of a blower chamber (BS), which is configured with the diaphragm (11), a channel plate (50), and the opening (40S) of the blower chamber plate (40), is specified such that an inner pressure substantially uniformly changes by means of vibration of the diaphragm. The blower chamber plate (40) is provided with an outlet (40BH), and the channel plate (50) is provided with an outlet (50BH). A compressible fluid having pressure applied thereto in the blower chamber (BS) is blown out from the outlets (40BH, 50BH).
