Abstract:
A piezoelectric motor (8), comprising piezoelectric ceramics (5), a clamping device (3), and a motor housing (4). The piezoelectric ceramics (5) are fixed in the motor housing (4) by means of the clamping device (3); each piezoelectric ceramic (5) is a rectangular piezoelectric ceramic; one surface of each piezoelectric ceramic (5) is provided with four electrodes (5-2) each substantially covering one-quarter of the surface, and the other opposite surface is substantially fully covered with a single electrode; a short-edge end of each piezoelectric ceramic (5) is provided with a cylindrical drive foot (5-1); the middle of the short-edge end of each piezoelectric ceramic (5) is provided with an open slot corresponding to the cylindrical drive foot (5-1); one side of the cylindrical drive foot (5-1) is embedded into the open slot; the clamping device (3) is a U-shaped structure consisting of pre-tightening force applying component (3-4) and left and right clamping frames (3-1); the outer side of one of the clamping frame (3-1) is provided with a deformation spring piece (3-3); the clamping frames (3-1) clamp two long edges of the piezoelectric ceramics (5), and the clamping positions (3-2) of the clamping frames (3-1) are located at the portions of the piezoelectric ceramics (5) which have less deformation or no deformation when being driven. The piezoelectric motor features a small and compact whole structure, long service life, relatively short feet, high bonding reliability, a simple clamping device, and small size.
