Abstract:
A piezoelectric oscillator (1) is provided with: a base member (30); a piezoelectric oscillation element (10) mounted on an upper surface (32a) of the base member (30); a lid member (20) bonded to the upper surface (32a) of the base member (30) so as to hermetically seal the piezoelectric oscillation element (10); an electronic component (50) mounted on a lower surface (32b) of the base member (30); a mounting frame body (60) bonded to the lower surface (32b) of the base member (30) so as to surround the periphery of the electronic component (50); and a heat conducting path (70), which is formed on the base member (30) and/or the mounting frame body (60), and which is electrically independent on the piezoelectric oscillator (1) from both the piezoelectric oscillation element (10) and the electronic component (50), said heat conducting path having heat conductivity. The heat conducting path (70) has: a first heat conducting section (72) disposed further toward the inside than a part where the base member (30) and the mounting frame body (60) overlap each other; and a second heat conducting section (74), which is connected to the first heat conducting section (72), and which is disposed further toward the outside than the part where the base member (30) and the mounting frame body (60) overlap each other.
