Abstract:
A piezoelectric oscillator (1) is provided with: a piezoelectric oscillation element (100), a substrate (300) having opposing first and second main surfaces (302, 304), and electroconductive holding members (340, 342) for holding the piezoelectric oscillation element (100) on the first main surface (302) of the substrate (300) so as to be capable of excitation. The electroconductive holding members (340, 342) include a first filler (420) having an electroconductive material as a main component, and a second filler (410) having an insulating material as a main component and a lower Young's modulus than the first filler. The second filler (410) is disposed in a sealed state closer to the outer peripheral regions (Rout) of the electroconductive holding members (340, 342) than to the center regions (Rin) of the electroconductive holding members (340, 342) in plan view from the normal direction of the first main surface (302) of the substrate.
