Abstract:
This piezoelectric oscillator (1) is provided with a piezoelectric oscillator element (10), a piezoelectric oscillator element (10), a base member (30), and a lid member (40). The lid member (40) comprises a top wall section (41) and side wall sections (42), and the side wall sections (42) comprise a facing surface (43B) which faces the base member (30). On the base member (30), a power supply electrode connected to the piezoelectric oscillator element (10) and a ground electrode used as a ground are provided. The ground electrode is electrically connected to the lid member (40) via a bonding member (50). The conductive adhesive has a resin adhesive (51) and a conductive filler (52), and the width W in the short direction of the facing surfaces (43B) and the particle diameter R of the conductive filler (52) satisfy the relation 4μm ≤ R ≤ W/2.
