Abstract:
Disclosed is a piezoelectric power generating device with excellent durability. The piezoelectric power generating device (1) comprises a first elastic body (11) that deforms along a first direction (x) when subjected to stress and a piezoelectric power generating element (12). The piezoelectric power generating element (12) comprises a second elastic body (13) positioned on the y1-side of the first elastic body (11) and a piezoelectric element (14) fixed on top of the surface of the y1-side of the second elastic body (13). When the first elastic body (11) bends towards the y1-side in a concave shape, the second elastic body (13) is subjected to stress from the first elastic body (11) and bends towards the y1-side in a concave shape. When the first elastic body (11) bends towards the y1-side in a convex shape, the second elastic body (13) is not subjected to stress from the first elastic body (11). The piezoelectric device (1) is positioned between the first elastic body (11) and the second elastic body (13) and is further provided with an oscillation-suppressing member (15) whereby the oscillation of the first elastic body (11) suppresses the oscillation in the bending mode of the second elastic body (13).
