Abstract:
Provided is a piezoelectric power generation device in which peeling and breakage of a piezoelectric element when driven does not readily occur. A piezoelectric power generation device 1 is provided with a support 2 and a piezoelectric element 4 pasted to the support 2, the piezoelectric element 4 comprising: a piezoelectric body 5 comprising first and second main surfaces 5a, 5b and first and second side surfaces 5c, 5d; a first inner layer electrode 10 drawn out to the first side surface 5c, provided within the piezoelectric body 5; a first dummy electrode 11 drawn out to the second side surface 5d and facing the outer peripheral edge of the first inner layer electrode 10, provided within the piezoelectric body 5 at a position having the same height as the first inner layer electrode 10; a first outer layer electrode 6 provided on the first main surface 5a of the piezoelectric body 5 and a second outer layer electrode 7 provided on the second main surface 5b of the piezoelectric body 5.
