Abstract:
A piezoelectric sensing device, comprising a plurality of piezoelectric areas; each of the piezoelectric areas comprises an anode surface and a cathode surface; the plurality of piezoelectric areas, from the first to the last, are sequentially connected by electrically connecting homopolar surfaces of the adjacent piezoelectric areas; i.e., an anode surface is electrically connected with an anode surface, or a cathode surface is electrically connected with a cathode surface. The piezoelectric sensing device can effectively strengthen a high-frequency signal and weaken a low-frequency signal, thereby rendering an output waveform signal more advantageous for improving positioning accuracy.
