Abstract:
A piezoelectric sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The piezoelectric sensor manufacturing method relates to a method for manufacturing a piezoelectric sensor mounted in a road for sensing the pressure of vehicles passing by the road and obtaining vehicle traffic information, comprising the steps of: (a) wrapping a first piezoelectric film around a surface of a conductor in a spiral shape along the length direction, wherein the first piezoelectric film is wrapped in such a way that a part thereof is overlapped; (b) passing the conductor around which the first piezoelectric film is wrapped through a roller so as to cause the conductor to have a flat shape flattened from the top and bottom; (c) inserting the flat shaped conductor around which the first piezoelectric film is wrapped into a metal tube; and (d) passing the metal tube into which the conductor is inserted through a roller so as to cause the metal tube to have a flat shape flattened from the top and bottom.
