Abstract:
The present invention relates to a piezoelectric servo valve for controlling the flow of fluid, which passes through the inside of a valve body, according to a linear motion of a spool and, more specifically, to: a piezoelectric actuator for generating displacement by a piezoelectric element; and a piezoelectric servo valve capable of reliably controlling the passing flow of the fluid by linearly moving the spool through a displacement enlargement and transfer lever for enlarging, to both ends of the spool, the displacement generated by the piezoelectric actuator and transferring the same. The subject matter of the present invention relates to the piezoelectric servo valve comprising: the valve body having an inflow passage and a discharge passage through which the fluid passes; the spool provided to be linearly movable in a space between the inflow passage and the discharge passage so as to control the passing flow of the fluid according to the position thereof; the piezoelectric actuator provided at one side of the valve body, and comprising the piezoelectric element, which piezoelectrically moves by power applied from the outside, so as to generate the displacement; and the displacement enlargement and transfer lever provided between the piezoelectric actuator and the spool so as to enlarge the displacement generated by the piezoelectric actuator and transfer the same to the spool, thereby allowing the spool to linearly move.
