Abstract:
A piezoelectric valve comprising an actuator that has a valve body and that drives the valve body, a valve seat plate that has a discharge path and a valve seat which makes contact with and separates from the valve body, and that fixes the actuator, and a main body case that accommodates the valve seat plate, the valve body provided to the actuator making contact with and separating from the valve seat provided to the valve seat plate, wherein: the valve seat has a valve seat face in which one end of the discharge path is open at each of one or more annular protruding parts; in the one or more annular protruding parts, one end of the discharge path is open at each of one or more frustum top faces; and the valve body makes contact with and separates from the one or more annular protruding parts of the valve seat face.
